Ειδικότητα στην Μεγάλη Βρετανία

Γεια σας! Το νήμα είναι απαντάει πάρα πολλά! Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω κάτι:

Αν πάω στρατό (και δουλέψω ως ιατρός στρατού), χωρίς να έχω γραφτεί σε κάποιο Ιατρικό Συλλογο στην Ελλάδα (δεν έχω ΤΣΑΥ), μετά του GMC κατα την εγγραφή υπάρχει περίπτωση να του κακοφανεί και να ζητάει εξηγήσεις; (Πώς δούλεψα ως ιατρός χωρίς να έχω γραφτεί σε ΙΣ).

Μα δεν πρέπει να γραφτείς στον ιατρικό σύλλογο ούτως ή άλλως; Για να πάρεις άδεια άσκησης επαγγέλματος;

ΥΓ: Προφανώς και θα του κακοφανεί του GMC...

Νόμιζα οτι την άδεια τη βγάζεις και τη παραλαμβάνεις απο τη νομαρχία. Μπορούσα να γραφτώ στον ΙΣΑ με το πέρας του στρατού, αυτό εννοούσα, αλλά αν είναι να έχω μπλεξίματα ας το κάνω τώρα. Σευχαριστώ!

Καλησπέρα! Έχω ξεκινήσει τη διαδικασία εγγραφής στο GMC και έχω μια απορία σχετικά με το τμήμα Registration and Licensing. Ενώ στις επιλογές για το medical regulatory authority έχει τις νομαρχίες και όχι τους ιατρικούς συλλόγους, ζητάει ακριβώς από κάτω Registration Number. Registration Number όμως παίρνεις από τον αντίστοιχο σύλλογο. Τελικά τι πρέπει να γράψουμε? Υπάρχει κάποιος π να έχει κάνει πρόσφατα τη διαδικασία και να μπορεί να βοηθήσει?

ειναι υποχρεωτικό πεδίο; νομίζω όχι...

όχι, δεν είναι, αλλά το start date of registration είναι υποχρεωτικό. Εκεί θα βάλουμε την ημερομηνία έκδοσης της άδειας άσκησης επαγγέλματος που πήραμε από τη νομαρχία ή την ημερομηνία εγγραφής στο σύλλογο??

έκανα την εγγραφή πολύ πρόσφατα και ακόμα δεν ξέρω εάν είναι όλα οκ, εγώ έβαλα την ημερομηνία έκδοσης της άδειας άσκησης καθώς medical authority είναι η νομαρχία...

Συνάδελφοι καλησπέρα!Βρισκομαι κι εγώ στη διαδικασία εγγραφής στο GMC. Μια ερώτηση θα ήθελα να κάνω.Απαιτειται σφραγίδα Χαγης στο πρωτότυπο καλως εχειν πιστοποιητικο του Ιατρικού συλλόγου ή να το μεταφράσω πρώτα και μετά να βάλω τη σφραγίδα στο μεταφρασμένο? Γενικώς χρειάζεται αυτή η σφραγίδα ?

Δεν μπαίνει σφραγίδα στο μεταφρασμένο, μόνο στο πρωτότυπο, γι'αυτο και η Χάγη προηγείται πάντα της μετάφρασης. Τυπικά και με βάση τη νομοθεσία χρειάζεσαι, πρακτικά κάποιοι τα καταφέρνουν χωρίς Χάγη, κάποιοι όχι. Εγώ στα δικά μου όπου κι αν πάω φροντίζω πάντα να έχω Χάγη για να μην τύχει και με γυρνάνε πίσω στην Ελλάδα για μια διαολο-σφραγίδα.

Α, και ανεβασε το αρθρο σου που εγραψες στο HPA newsletter για career advice, θα ειναι πολυ κατατοπιστικο για αυτους που σκεφτονται να ερθουν Αγγλια για Ψυχιατρικη.

I've been told that there are a lot of psych jobs (all levels) available in Ireland*.

I think people might be interested so:

The best way to look for jobs in Ireland as a trainee psychiatrist and indeed as a consultant will be to keep an eye out on the following websites:
HSE.ie
College of Psychiatry website and look under job opportunities and (google it)
publicjobs.ie ( do a job search and put as key words NCHD and Psychiatry)
Mater.ie which is the Mater Hospital website, are also looking for Locum Consultants and Registrars in psychiatry.
Brothers of Charity in Cork are also looking for Locum Consultants and Registrars at regular intervals

You will need to register with the Irish Medical Council but if you are already registered with the GMC you will have no difficulties obtaining a full registration. Also specialist training in Irelend like Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, or general adult, or old age requires for you to have your MRCPsych exams as its the case in the UK but its not impossible to gain entrance in such a scheme.

You can have a look at the Irish Medical Council website for the paperwork needed for registration. Try avoiding applying through an agency as a take a part of your salary as fee.

Είναι θέσεις registr-άδων ;

Το αγγλικό σύστημα μου φαίνεται δαιδαλώδες !
