One of the Fundamental Rights of European citizens is that: Any citizen, acting individually or jointly with others, may at any time exercise his right of petition to the European Parliament under Article 227 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.

Any citizen of the European Union, or resident in a Member State, may, individually or in association with others, submit a petition to the European Parliament on a subject which comes within the European Union's fields of activity and which affects them directly. The European Treaty do NOT impose any condition(s) on the “form” of Petitions to be submitted to European Parliament, BUT the Committee on Petitions of European Parliament ILLEGALY do NOT registered very many Petitions of this author which concern Very Vital European Interests ,as Critical as Oncology scientific research,Nuclear Safety & Nuclear Security,Psychological/Psychiatrical War to Successful candidate Nuclear Inspector of Euratom for Plutonium control and in other very vital themes of European & World Interests... S.N. Sometimes the Petition Committee may registered a Petition of him, but then it is rejecting it with a FALSE justifications as f.e. that the Oncology/Cancer is...Not in the European Interests!...

Please Study extremely carefully this Picture. In the 2nd floor of this building exist the Spent Nuclear Fuel Storage Pool,which contained about three Tones of Plutonium And Extremely high radioactivity hundred Tones of products...Think that a) if one microgram (0.000001 gram) of Plutonium is inhaled by a human can cause Cancer! And if crack(s)!! in Spent Nuclear Fuel Pool was created [SEE VERY CAREFULLY THE PICTURE] because of the explosion causing the emptying the water of the pool , then a Fire will be created and the Tones!! of Plutonium and hundred Tones of Very High Radioactive could be dispersed All over Japan and in the neighboring Nations and in planet Earth...AND...nearby,few decades meters,(if the Fire propagate to it,e.t.c.)exist the common spent nuclear fuel storage with about 30 Tones of Plutonium!! and about 3000 Tones!! of Very High Radioactivity products...If these was dispersed over Japan,neighboring Nations and in planet Earth then the Humanity will become a big Question mark...

From [2] we copy: ... eminent scientists, are emphasizing the precarious situation of the fourth reactor that contains 1,535 nuclear fuel rods in the pool and is balanced on the second floor, outside of the reactor containment vessel. If the fuel rods spill onto the ground, disaster will ensue and force Tokyo and Yokohama to close, creating a gigantic evacuation zone. All scientists I have talked with say that if the structure collapses we will be in a situation well beyond where science has ever gone...
The destiny of Japan will be changed and the disaster will certainly compromise the security of neighboring countries and the rest of the world in terms of health, migration and geopolitics...
Before March 11,(2011) I had never imagined that the destiny of Japan or any country could be altered so quickly, so drastically...

As this author understand the Difference between a Scientist,f.e. A Nuclear Physicist and an Engineer f.e. a Nuclear Engineer is that the Scientist discover the laws of nature , while the Engineer in optimum (space,time,case) apply the laws of nature....

It is of Fundamental Importance that the Scientists make some Assumptions and they put some Boundary conditions when they discover the laws of nature and they understand the Reasoning behind the discovered laws of nature , which all of these a typical Engineer may not fully understand or/and ignore , since Engineering most efforts are in the optimization process when apply the laws of nature and primarily in optimizing economy and technical factors...

...BUT..

In a Severe Nuclear Accident/Catastrophe case(s) , when they are not explicit operation instructions & training , then in these perhaps original case(s) for the Nuclear System , the Nuclear Engineer because may Not fully understanding the explicit and Implicit ASSUMPTIONS & Reasoning made in the Nuclear System(s), he/she(Engineer) may Not be able to avoid a Severe Nuclear Accident(s)/ Catastrophe(s)...

In these Ultra Critical cases the existence of well qualified Nuclear Physicist(s)/specialized in Nuclear Fission (Applied+Theoretically) is Absolutely Necessity...

Thinking on the above mentioned,perhaps most Severe Nuclear Accidents/Catastrophes could be preventable,with most clear that the Chernobyl Nuclear Accident very possibly would not happened...

Considering the above mentioned and because,today,internationally,it is almost impossible to find...one! Nuclear PHYSICIST/specialized in Nuclear Fission(Applied+Theoretically) to be employed in the operating Nuclear Fission Power Plants,therefore the International Nuclear Safety is in Very Critical situation...S.O.S...S.O.S...for the Humanity & planet Earth ecosystem(s)...

τίτλος του εις την εταιρεία Manager of Systems Design & Development

Ισραηλινός Αξιωματικός Uri είχε πολεμίσει στούς πολέμους του Ισραήλ,B.Sc Electrical Engineering,Master in Economics, τίτλος του Supervisor of Computer Operations

Ο νεοπροσληφθείς υπο-πρόεδρος των οικονομικών στην εταιρεία Thrifty's (περίπου 130 καταστήματα εις όλο τον Καναδά) δια να αποκτήσει τον έλεγχο του “Εγκεφάλου”(Υπολογιστικό Κέντρο) της εταιρείας προσπάθησε να βρεί ως προ'ι'στάμενο του Υπολογιστικού Κέντρου ΑΞΙΟΚΡΑΤΙΚΑ τον καλήτερο Διευθυντή του που μπορούσε να βρεί...και μετά από δύο αρνήσεις του Ιωσήφ-Χρήστου Κονδυλάκη τον έπισε να τον προσλάβει ως Διευθυντή του Υπολογιστικού Κέντρου της Εταιρείας και Αμεσο τεχνολογικό συμβουλο του και αναφερόμενος εις τον εν λόγω υπο-πρόεδρο οικονομικών...

Ο νέος υπο-πρόεδρος οικονομικών αντιμετώπιζε πόλεμο από τους παλαιοτέρους της εταιρείας και από τον τέως προ'ι'στάμενο του υπολογιστικού κέντρου τον Ισραηλινό Αξιωματικό Uri και των περί αυτών και ο πόλεμος αυτός μεταφέρθηκε ισχυρότατα και προς τον νέο Διευθυντή του Υπολογιστικού Κέντρου τον Ελληνα Σμηνία...Ενδεικτικά σχεδόν καθημερινά το ποτήρι καφέ του Ελληνα Σμηνία κλεβόταν από το γραφείο του , ενώ ο Ισραηλινός Αξιωματικός είχε στρέψει κατά του Ελληνα Σμηνία όλο το προσωπικό του Υπολογιστικού Κέντρου και κατηγορούσε συνεχώς τον Ελληνα Σμηνία στον Εβραίο και γυιό του ιδιοκτήτη της Εταιρείας Υπο-πρόεδρο των Επιχειρήσεων που ήταν στενός φίλος του Ισραηλινού Αξιωματικού...

Ομως ο Ισραηλινός Αξιωματικός είχε ένα μειονέκτημα Δεν ήξερε να προγραμματίζει τους ηλεκτρονικούς υπολογιστές της Εταιρείας, ενώ ο Ελληνας Σμηνίας ήξερε πολύ καλά προγραμματισμό των ηλεκτονικών υπολογιστών και αδιαφορούσε πλήρως δια τα τετριμένα π.χ. εάν του κλέβουν τα ποτύρια του καφέ του και άλλες μεθόδους ψυχολογικού πολέμου που εφάρμοζε ο Ισραηλινός Αξιωματικός εναντίων του. Ο Ελληνας Σμηνίας προκειμένου να πάρει με το μέρος του το προσωπικό του Υπολογιστικού Κέντρου έπιασε φιλίες με φίλες και φίλους του προσωπικού του Υπολογιστικού Κέντρου με καλωσύνη και ενδιαφέρον δια τα προβλήματα τους και προσφέροντας τους καλοπροαίρετα λογικο-συναισθηματικές λύσεις και έμμεσα έτσι προσέγγισε και τελικά κέρδισε το προσωπικό του Υπολογιστικού Κέντρου απομονόνοντας τον Ισραηλινό Αξιωματικό. Επιπλέον στον βασικό προγραμματιστή της Εταιρείας έδωσε αύξηση μισθού με την εντολή όμως να γράψει πλήρη και λεπτομερή εγχειρίδια λειτουργίας και προγραμματισμού του Υπολογιστικού Συστήματος (ΔΕΝ υπήρχε τίποτα γραπτό,όλα ήταν στο προφορικό) και του έταξε μεγαλήτερη αύξηση μισθού όταν θα του παρέδιδε Γραπτά και Πλήρως Ολα τα Εχειρίδια του Υπολογιστικού Συστήματος (Υπερ-εξελιγμένο δια την εποχή του).Τούτο και έγινε και μετά από λίγους μήνες ο υπο-πρόεδρος των οικονομικών μου είπε ότι αποφάσησε να απολύση τον Ισραηλινό Αξιωματικό τον Uri. Τότε Uri μετα το τέλος της εργασίας προσφέρθηκε να με πάει στην στάση του ηλεκτρικού τραίνου με το πολυτελές αυοκίνητο του (Εγώ , αν και Διευθυντής δεν είχα αυτοκίνητο και πήγαινα στην Εταιρεία με το ηλεκτρικό τραίνο και μετά έπαιρνα λεωφορειο...).Εγώ δέχθηκα να με πάει στο ηλεκτρικό τραίνο και μέσα στο αυτοκίνητο ο Ισραηλινός Αξιωματικός με δάκρυα στα μάτια μου είπε ότι ξέρει ότι θα τον απολύσουν και ότι έχει δύο παιδιά και είναι μεγάλος σε ηλικία και είναι δύσκολο να βρεί άλλη εργασία...Εγώ τον λυπήθηκα και την επόμενη ημέρα είπα στον υπο-πρόεδρο των οικονομικών να μήν απολύσει τον Ισραηλινό Αξιωματικό και ότι θα του βρώ μιά εργασία στη Εταιρεία και έστι δεν τον απέλυσε...

Ομως...ΤΟ ΕΛΕΟΣ ΜΟΥ ΣΤΟΝ ΙΣΡΑΗΛΙΝΟ ΑΞΙΩΜΑΤΙΚΟ ΑΥΤΟΣ ΤΟ ΘΕΩΡΗΣΕ...ΑΔΥΝΑΜΙΑ ΜΟΥ ΝΑ ΤΟΝ ΑΠΟΛΥΣΩ και πήγε στον Εβραίο φίλο του τον υπο-πρόεδρο των Επιχειρήσεων και του είπε ότι Εγώ σκεπτόμε να...φύγω από την Εταιρεία που ήταν Ψέμα. Μετά από αυτό με εκάλεσε ο υπο-πρόεδρος των οικονομικών και με ρώτησε άν σκόπευα να φύγω από την Εταιρεία και του απάντησα ειλικρινά ότι δέν είχα αυτό τον σκοπό και δεν έκανα καμία ενέργεια για να φύγω από την Εταιρεία...(Αυτό ήταν το “ευχαριστώ” του Εβραίου στο Ελεος που του έδειξα σε αυτόν και την οικογένεια του...Στο “ευχαριστώ” η απάντηση του ήταν η Δολιότητα …)

Πέρασαν μήνες απο τότε και είδα στην εφημερίδα ότι οι Πυρηνικοί Αντιδραστήρες του Καναδά ζητούν προσωπικό και έκανα αίτηση και με προσέλαβαν αμέσως...(για να το γράψω σε κατανοητά ελληνικά, ήμουν ένα έτος μετανάστης στον Καναδά και με προσέλαβαν στην “Δ.Ε.Η.” του Καναδα ΧΩΡΙΣ ΚΑΝΕΝΑ ΡΟΥΣΦΕΤΙ-ΑΔΙΑΝΟΗΤΟ ΔΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΕΛΛΑΔΑ...).Τότε πήγα και το είπα εις τον προ'ι'στάμενο μου τον υπο-πρόεδρο των οικονομικών της Εταιρείας και του εξήγησα ότι στην Εταιρεία χρησιμοποιούσα τις Μισες των γνώσεων μου ,ήτοι μόνο στην πληροφορική , ενώ στους Πυρηνικούς Αντιδραστήρες του Καναδά θα χρησιμοποιούσα Πλήρως τις γνώσεις μου και στην Πληροφορική και στην Πυρηνική Φυσική/Μηχανική. Η απάντηση του υπο-προέδρου ήταν να μου προσφέρει μία μεγάλη αύξηση του μισθού μου εάν παραμείνα στην Εταιρεία...Ευγενικά του εξήγησα ότι το χρηματικό δεν είναι το μόνο ενδιαφέρον μου , αλλα ενδιαφέρομαι πολυ και δια την Επιστήμη...Τότε έδειξε κατανόηση , αλλα μου ζήτησε μία χάρη , ήτοι για ένα μήνα να εξετάζουμε μαζί τους υποφηφίους δια την θέση μου εις την Εταιρεία.Του απάντησα ότι φυσικά θα τον βοηθήσω και έτσι για ένα μήνα εγώ εξέταζα τους υποψηφίους επιστημονικά/τεχνολογικά και ο υπο-πρόεδρος εις όλους τους άλλους τομείς...Μετά από ένα μήνα και αφού εξετάσαμε πολλούς υποψηφίους δια να πάρουν την θέση μου δεν βρήκαμε κανένα καταλληλο,συνήθως “μεγάλα λόγια” αλλά όχι πραγματικές γνώσεις...

Εφυγα μετά από την Εταιρεία και η Εταιρεία μου έδωσε μία συστατική επιστολή γράφοντας ΜΗΝ ΔΙΣΤΑΞΗΣ ΝΑ ΕΠΙΚΟΙΝΩΝΗΣΕΙΣ ΜΑΖΙ ΜΑΣ...

Πρός το Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο της Θεσσαλονίκης,McGill University of Canada,Πρεσβείες της Ολλανδίας και Καναδά εις την Ελλάδα , και Αλλού... [Φαξ 2 σελίδων ]

Ερώτησαν τον Αριστοτέλη τον δάσκαλο του Μεγάλου Αλαξάνδρου γονείς των μαθητών του, μετά από ένα έτος διδασκαλίας των “...Τούς έμαθες ιστορία,μαθηματικά,γεωγραφία,γλώσσα; , Οχι απάντησε ο Αριστοτέλης,τότε ανήσυχοι οι γονείς των μαθητών ρώτησαν πάλι τον Αριστοτέλη...για ένα χρόνο τότε τί τους έμαθες και ο Αριστοτέλης ήρεμα τους απάντησε ΤΟΥΣ ΕΜΑΘΑ ΝΑ ΣΚΕΠΤΟΝΤΑΙ...”

Ενδεικτικά, ο Ιωσήφ-Χρήστος Κ. Κονδυλάκης/Joseph-Christos Kondylakis δεν είχε ισχυρή μνήμη και απεχθανόταν πολύ την απομνημόνευση,έτσι από την πρώτη τάξη του Δημοτικού είχε κακούς βαθμούς σε όλα τα μαθήματα,εκτός από την Αρθμητική που είχε Αριστα 10 . Σε όλα τα μαθήματα (εκτός των Μαθηματικών) ήταν ένα πολύ υπερκινητικό και πολύ άτακτο παιδί , εκτός του μαθήματος της Αριθμητικής που ήταν υπεβολικά προσεκτικός και υπερβολικά προσεκτικός και τα υπερ-αγαπούσε...Τελείωσε το δημοτικό,πολύ ανορθόγραφος και με χαμηλό μέσο όρο βαθμό 6 , αλλά είχε στην Αριθμητική άριστα 10.
Επίσης τελείωσε το εξατάξιο γυμνάσιο με μέσο όρο περίπου 13,5 αλλά είχε βαθμό Φυσικής 20 και βαθμό Μαθηματικών 18 , στα άλλα μαθήματα είχε βαθμούς γύρω στην βάση 10 . Είχε πολύ μεγάλη δυσκολία να απομνημονεύη (π.χ. ποιήματα,ξένες γλώσσες,κ.α) αλλά υπέρ-διασκέδαζε την χρήση της λογικής κρίσης και την λογική λύση δυσκόλων προβλημάτων...Τίς εξισώσεις δεν τις θυμότανε,τίς αποδείκνυε κάθε φορά που τις χρειαζότανε πρίν τις χρησιμοποίησει,και έλεγε ότι τα μαθηματικά και η φυσική δεν χρειάζεται “καθόλου” μνήμη,παρά μόνο λογική κρίση και χρόνο να σκεφθείς...)
Η προετοιμασία του δια τις Εισαγωγικές Εξετάσεις σε Πανεπιστήμιο γινόταν με λύση πολύ δυσκόλων προβλημάτων(π.χ. Οι 1000 ασκήσεις Αλγεβρας του Μαντά,Γεωμετρία Ιησουητών, Στερεωμετρία Ιωαννίδη,Χημεία Μανωλικίδη η πρώτη έκδοση,Φυσική Μάζη,κα.) και οι εξετάσεις είσαν σε 6 μαθήματα με πολύ δύσκολα και πρωτότυπα! θέματα(Αλγεβρα,Γεωμετρία,
Τριγωνομετρία,Φυσική,Χημεία,Εκθεση με τίτλο από αρχαίο κείμενο) και εισήλθε εις το μέσον των εισακτέων εις το Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο της Θεσσαλονικής εις το Φυσικό τμήμα του, με μέσο βαθμό πρίπου 13 στις εισαγωγικές εξετάσεις. Τότε υπήρχαν ως Πανεπιστήμια μόνο τα Πανεπιστήμια Αθηνών,Θεσσαλονίκης, Ιωαννίνων και το Ε.Μ.Π. . Τα θέματα ήταν πολύ δύσκολα και ο αριθμός των εισαγωμένων εις την Φυσικομαθηματικές Σχολές δεν συμπληρώθηκε και η αναλογία ήταν ένας επιτυχών και εννέα αποτυχόντες. Εάν τα θέματα δεν ήταν πολύ δύσκολα ο Ιωσήφ-Χρήστος Κονδυλάκης θα αποτύχενε ,διότι ήταν πολύ ανορθόγραφος,τσαπαστούλης έκανε μουτζούρες στο γραπρό του και ήταν και κακογράφος,αλλά επειδή τα προβλήματα ήταν πολύ δύσκολα και έτσι πάμπολοι δεν τα είχαν λύσει , ενώ αυτός τα έλυσε ,δια τούτο επέτυχε εις τις πανελλαδικές εισαγωγικές εξετάσεις του 1968 δια εισαγωγή εις πανεπιστήμιο.
Εις το Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίοκης οι Καθηγητές του συνέχισαν να βάζουν πολύ δύσκολα προβλήματα στις εξετάσεις και μικρούς βαθμούς. Ενδεικτικά ο καθηγητής μας των Μαθηματικών κ. Λάκης (τέως επιμελητής του Καθ. Κάππου του Παν/μιου Αθηνών ο οποίος ήταν φοιτητής του Καθηγητού Καραθεωδορή δασκάλου του Α'ι'στά'ι'ν) τον Ιούνιο του 1968 όταν έδωσαν εξετάσεις 120 φοιτητές της Φυσικής, μας έβαλε πολύ δύσκολα θέματα,μας έδωσε μεγάλη άνεση χρόνου 5 ώρες και όταν βγήκαν τα αποτελέσματα περάσαμε μόνο 7 φοιτητές,όλοι με τον βαθμό 5,και απορρίφθησαν οι υπόλοιπη 113 φοιτητές του Φυσικού τμήματος του Α.Π.Θ....
Εγινε σάλος!! στην Σχολή και τον Οκτώβριο του 1968 έβαλε εύκολα θέματα και βαθμό έως 10.
Στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο της Θεσσαλονίκης οι Καθηγητές της Φυσικομαθηματικής αγνοούσαν πλήρως τις ανορθογραφίες,κακογραφίες,μουτζούρες και το μόνο που τους ενδιέφερε ήταν Ο ΛΟΓΙΚΟΣ ΣΥΛΛΟΓΙΣΜΟΣ και οι Λύση των Προβληματων, έτσι ο Ιωσήφ-Χρήστος Κ. Κονδυλάκης αποφοίτησε με τον βαθμό Αριστα(8,85)...Ενδεικτικό της ΛΟΓΙΚΗΣ των Καθηγητών μας ήταν π.χ. ότι στο τρίτο έτος στο μάθημα του Καθηγητού Ιωάννη Χατζηδημητρίου “Θεωρητική Μηχανική” ο συγγραφέας το πέρασε με 5 ,, ενώ με τον ΙΔΙΟ Καθηγητή στο τέταρτο έτος στο μάθημα του “Ανωτέρα Θεωρητική Μηχανική”[Ειδική θεωρία Σχετικότητος,Λαγκράζιαν Μηχανική,κ.α) το πέρασε με Αριστα 10 και προσέξτε σε πολύ δύσκολο πρόβλημα που μας είχε βάλει ο Καθηγητής Ι. Χατζηδημητρίου ΟΤΑΝ ΠΕΡΙΕΓΡΑΨΑ ΠΛΗΡΩΣ ΤΗΝ ΣΚΕΨΗ ΤΗΣ ΛΥΣΕΩΣ ΤΟΥ και έλυσα τις σχετικές εξισώσεις και έφθασα σε ένα σημείο που απο'εκεί και πέρα χρειαζόταν απλές γυμνασιακές πράξεις για να βρω το τελικό αριθμητικό αποτέλεσμα , του έγγραψα “Αντί να χάσω τον χρόνο μου κάνοντας απλές γυμνασιακές πράξεις σας γράφω Δεύτερο Διαφορετικό τρόπο λύσεως του παρόντος προβλήματος” και ο καθηγητής Ιωάννης Χατζηδημητρίου με βαθμολόγησε με Αριστα 10 , ήτοι ΒΑΘΜΟΛΟΓΗΣΕ ΛΟΓΙΚΗ ΣΚΕΨΗ ΚΑΙ ΤΡΟΠΟ ΛΥΣΕΩΣ ΤΟΥ ΠΡΟΒΛΗΜΑΤΟΣ...χωρίς να υπάρχει το αριθμητικό του αποτέλεσμα...(Θυμηθήτε τον ΑΡΙΣΤΟΤΕΛΗ τί είπε...,διάβασε στην αρχή του παρόντος κειμένου)
Σε Σύγκριση, την ίδια μέθοδο εφάρμοσα στο Πανεπιστήμιο της Βορείου Αμερικής το McGill στα Μαθηματικά σε ένα πολύ δύσκολο πρόβλημα,αποφεύγοντας γυμνασιακές πράξεις αλλά κάνοντας τις ουσιαστικές περίπλοκες πράξεις και μετά ΔΙΕΡΕΥΝΗΣΕΙΣ επί του προβλήματος και ο Καθηγητής με βαθμολόγησε με Β- , ενώ σε συμφοιτητή μου που του περιέγραψα την λύση του προβλήματος,το Σαββατοκύριακο(παραδίναμε το γραπτό την Δευτέρα) και έκανε όλες τις πράξεις μέχρι τελικό αριθμητικό αποτέλεσμα τον εβαθμολόγησε με Α+ .
Η Ελληνική νοοτροπία που βαθμολογούσε κυρίως την ΛΟΓΙΚΗ ΤΗΣ ΣΚΕΨΕΩΣ (π.χ. ήταν δυνατό ένας φοιτητής να βρεί το σωστό τελικό αποτέλεσμα, όμως να είχε γράψει μιά ουσιαστική Βλακεία στην διαδικασία της λύσεως του προβλήματος, δια να Απορριφθεί....) συνεχίστηκε στις γραπτές εξετάσεις που έγιναν στο Κέντρο Πυρηνικών Ερευνών “Δημόκριτος” δια να πάρεις υποτροφία δια να κάνεις Διδακτορικό ,το 1976, όπου συμμετείχαμε 120 πτυχιούχοι Φυσικοί και επετύχαμε μόνο 7 και επιλέκτηκα με υποτροφία να κάνω διδακτορικό στην Θεωρητική Πυρηνική Φυσική(Πυρηνικά Μοντέλα)...Ομως επιθυμούσα να γνωρίσω και ξένα Κράτη και έτσι έκανα αιτήσεις δια εκπόνηση διδακτορικού σε ξένα Πανεπιστήμια και έγινα δεκτός με πλήρη υποτροφία στο Πανεπιστήμιο McGill του Καναδά , με πλήρη οικονομική υποστήριξη απο το Πανεπιστήμιο της Southern Califormia,ΗΠΑ και από τα Πανεστήμιο του Cambridge της Αγγλίας και το Πανεπιστήμιο του Σικάγου των ΗΠΑ χωρίς όμως οικονομική βοήθεια.
Μετά ταύτα διέκοψα την υποτροφία μου στο Κέντρο Πυρηνικών Ερευνών “Δημόκριτος” και συνέχισα τις μεταπτυχιακές μου σπουδές στο Πανεπιστήμιο McGill του Καναδά , με ειδίκευση στην Πυρηνική Σχάση(Εφηρμοσμένα+Θεωρητικά) όπου έλαβα το M.Sc μου και μετά ,λόγω της πολύ μεγάλης κρίσεως δια εύρεση εργασίας εις την Φυσική, συνέχισα την σταδιοδρομεία μου σε εμπορικές επιχειρήσεις ως Manager of Systems Design & Development, ως Επίκουρος Τεχνικός Προί'στάμενος δια Εργοστάσιο Πυρηνικών Αντιδραστήρων στον Καναδά και αργότερα επέστρεψα εις την Θεμελειώδη βασική Επιστημονική έρευνα εις την Ελλάδα...
Υ.Σ. Επίσης επέτυχα με Πρώτη σειρά επιτυχίας ως υποψήφιος Επιθεωρητής Πυρηνικών Εγκαταστάσεων της Ευρωπα'ι'κής Ενωσης/EURATOM στον διαγωνισμό της Ευρωπα'ι'κής Επιτροπής COM/A/301 , αλλά πιθανότατα λόγω πολύ μεγάλων διασυνδέσεων (“ρουσφετιών”!!) δώσανε την θέση εργασίας σε άλλο άτομο...

A. My Definition

An Outlier datum(or data) is a datum(or data) outside of pattern(s) recognition model(s).

B. Introduction

My first,practical,perception with the “Outlier Analysis” was when I was Manager of Systems Design & Development in a commercial big company in Canada,with the finance & inventory control automatically generated “Exception Report(s)”.Also in scientific research environment in H.C.M.R. in Greece,I remember when a director of applied research ask my opinion about some data that they were far away from the regular data pattern, if he can throw out them...then I start screaming “Be Very Careful these Outlier data may be your most important data from...discovering a new phenomenon, until discovering malfunctions of your equipments & methods”,E.T.C.,....

C. Some general considerations of “Outlier Analysis”

From medicine,economics,space research, to nuclear safety & security (and in almost all fields of science & engineering) the Outlier datum(or data) may indicate abnormal event(s) that can have unwanted consequence(s) or/and a new phenomenon(a) to be discovered or/and malfunctioning of measuring “environment”(space,time,case) or/and malfunctioning of measuring process(es)/methods(including the human factor,f.e. error(s),E.T.C.

D. My Idea is of using “Outlier Analysis” in Nuclear Safety & Security and also particularly in attempt to forecasting the occurrence of Nuclear Abnormal Event(s) [defined as Event(s) that can cause Unwanted Consequence(s)...] in the effort of reducing the probability of Nuclear Accident(s)...

By introducing “Outlier Analysis” algorithms in f.e. in the measuring of (time,space,case)-series of Nuclear plant parameters computer system, together with human-interacting theoretical & applied interpretation(s) of the Outlier analysis, it may be possible in (time,space,case) to fast logical think and act preventively so to reduce the probability of Nuclear Accident(s)...

This author think,that considering the above information and having been developed relevant System(s) associated with high qualified human factor, it could be perhaps possible to Avoid almost “All” Severe Nuclear Accidents, as the Three Miles Island,1979,USA,the Chernobyl,USSR,1986,The Tokaimura,Japan, around 1999,the Fukushima,Japan,2011 and Others...

A Clarification:Of course “Exception reports” are used in Nuclear plants ,BUT it is Not used “Outlier Analysis” under the above mentioned meaning...

THE MOST FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLE OF JUSTICE & INVESTIGATIONS IS THE DISCOVERING OF THE REAL TRUE...

With Big Violations of the above European Treaty ,the Petition Committee of European Parliament ,for years, have Stopped to registering!! any Petition of this author Joseph-Christos Kondylakis...

No legitimate reasons have been given to this author, but he suspect because some(not all) of his Petitions refer to crimes of Jews & Israel (f.e. it is to everyone known, the murders of Israel against the Palestinian people) or refer to Big interests (f.e. Harvard University of U.S.A. Cancer research, International Nuclear Safety & Security) , E.T.C. , therefore for years my Petitions to European Parliament Illegally are Nor registering , so be like not in existence ,and therefore are Not examined by Members of European Parliament & Elsewhere...

I ask help from MEPs and fortunately only the MEP Mrs Sofia Sakorafa made a small investigation in my case (and I thank her very much) and her assistance told me the INCREDIBLE that “ the Petitions submit system in the Petitions Committee of European Parliament use a set of “key words” and FILTER and STOP Registration of any Unwanted Petitions”...which contradict certain Big Interests!!...

Because of the above and because of VITAL Interests of European Union & Humanity that Petitions of mine concern them , please REGISTER ALL OF MY PETITIONS to European Parliament for Examinations & Investigations from MEPs and Other European Union Organisms and STOP the Automatic Filtering of Petition submitted to European Union , REGISTER ALL PETITIONS SUBMITTED BY ANYONE ,OBEY to ONLY Two conditions imposed by the European Treaty mentioned previously ,and give Priority to VITAL Petitions concerning the Europe & Humanity...

Primarily notice that :

[1] Because of immune memories of immunotherapy , therefore cancer immunotherapy help in durability of therapy (and not long use of drugs)...

[2] Pattern(s) recognition molecule(s) may recognize cancer cell(s),because may recognize changes in normal cells. The problem is that the changes may be “unpredictable”...

[3] No Assumptions ,No “Boundary Conditions” ,and No Argumentation ,but almost exclusive descriptive!! discussion,E.T.C. are presented in the video...Big Problem!! exist in the Logic of Science of Harvard University in U.S.A.,...(ref. (3)).

[4] The video is about 1h 3m 34s and ONLY one BECAUSE it said (29m 12s) in the main part of it ,and ONLY two WHY? it is said in questions part of it(1h 0m 45s ) , (1h 3m 6s)...Big Problem!! exist in the Lack of cognitive Intelligence usage ,by the speakers and Harvard University in U.S.A.,...(ref. The international treaties,particular the Nuclear treaties,are based on mutual Trust ,mutual interests and the Trust to International Organizations ,as the United Nations,International “Atomic” Energy Agency,e.t.c....The Trust to international Justice will fully disappear, if the strongest Nation(s) identify the meaning of “Justice” to be synonymous to its(their) own exclusive interests and the controlling entities controlling it(them)...
The Iran Nuclear deal framework,signed in 2015 by the P5+1 (the permanent members of the United Nations Security Council,the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, France, and China—plus Germany) and the European Union,with duration 15 years, is an International Nuclear non-proliferation agreement . Suddenly,because of of the “deep state of U.S.A.” (which is the Jewish & Israel interests controlling the U.S.A. and because of the jewish religion of the U.S.A.'President daughter & her Jew husband) the U.S.A. broke the International agreement of Iran Nuclear deal framework in May 2018...
Because of the above mentioned,we consider some of possible major consequences of our Theme:
[1] From now on, there will be major Suspicions that any Nuclear agreement can break any time and No big in resources country(ies) can quarantee it , therefore Big Nuclear Instability!! is created Internationally and many Nations will have “second & third ” thoughts about their Nuclear agreements...
[2] The jews & Israel ,as being extremely arrogants, may stimulate Very Big conventional Wars & possibly Nuclear War ,starting in Middle East , considering also the international interests in energy resources,e.t.c....
[3] The European Union has two choices : one is to be permanent Slave of Jews (and U.S.A.) , or second , to safeguards the European interests,including European civilization,Religion,economy,energy security,intellectual capabilities,research & development and a NOT de-humanized way of life,E.T.C.
[4] A strong cold war & perhaps real war situation may be created between major nations , including muslim nations which may involve secret or/and open Nuclear weapons assistances,which may facilitate a Nuclear war in the future,since no one will trust & actual respect the Nuclear agreements & treaties, that will be extremely vulnerable ,and so no long term planing could be realistic...
[5] For those whom the God=money (f.e. [2]) ,actually the broken by U.S.A. of Iran Nuclear deal framework may be a partial plan, towards to Big Wars or/and Nuclear War , because the Wars ask for Huge Loans from the International jews Bankers ,and in this way they will fully enslave all Gentiles Nations, a plan that it has been written in “The Protocols of elders of zion”...

Γράμμα για τον εκδότη (για δημοσίευση στο περιοδικό “Ψυχιατρική”) [2-Ιουνίου-2018]

Επειδή θεωρούμε ότι η πλειονότητα των ψυχιατρικών αποκλήσεων οφείλονται εις μεγάλα ψυχολογικά πλήγματα ή/και έλειψη αγάπης ή/και βλάβη της λογικής κριτικής [η γεννετική καθοριζεί μόνο τάσεις “ευαισθησίας”,αλλά το περιβάλον κυρίως ρυθμίζει τους βλαβερούς & προστατευτικούς παράγοντες] , δια τούτο δια την δραμματική αύξηση των ψυχιατρικών αποκλήσεων σε σύγκριση με την εποχή πρίν του 1970 εις την Ελλάδα,

(ο συγγραφέας εως το 1968 , που ήταν 18 ετών,και ζούσε εις το Ηράκλειο Κρήτης δεν είχε γνωρίσει ούτε...ένα άτομο που να θεωρήται ψυχασθενής, εν'αντιθέση με την σημερινή κατάσταση που τεράστιο πλήθος ανθρώπων επισκέπτονται ψυχίατρο...) ,

επιστημονικά νομίζουμαι τους κατωτέρω παράγοντες ως την πρωταρχική αιτία δια την πρόκληση ψυχιατρικών αποκλήσεων (και δια μελέτη των εις την προληπτική ψυχιατρική):

1) Την καταστροφή της Χριστιανικής Θρησκείας (που προσφέρει Αγάπη+καλή Ελπίδα+δημιουργική πίστη+υγιείς κοινωνικές σχέσεις)

2) Τις λίαν καταστροφικές παραγωγές των Μέσων Μαζικής Επικοινωνίας(κυρίως της Τηλεόρασης)

3) Τόν έλεγχο του νού , με τήν υπερβολική στενότητα των ορίων του τί θεωρήται “φυσιολογικό”

4) Παράγοντες που αναφέρονται εις το βιβλίο μου “Πόλεμος για την Καταστροφή της Νοημοσύνης”

που σας εσωκλείω τρία αντίτυπα του (ένα για την βιβλιοθήκη του περιοδικού “Ψυχιατρική”, ένα για τον πρόεδρο της συντακτικής επιτροπής Καθ. Βασίλη Κονταξάκη και ένα για τον επίτιμο πρόεδρο Καθ. Γ.Ν. Χριστοδούλου)

It is the most common opinion of knowledge public that the current European Union is primarily governed by economical interests or explicit to be mentioned the Jewish International Banking System Interests and so the European Nations & People are Slaves of these Interests...

Because in the European Nations its Member Nations act almost always Competitive(and almost never Cooperative) in the European Union internal “negotiations” ,and because Jewish interests enforce legislations against the principal values of traditional Europe(European Nations traditions,Christianity,Family values), therefore mainly for the above two reasons the European Union is in Great Danger to be Destroyed, particularly when the great number of Europeans will fully understand the above two reasons & their consequences and also the Destruction of European traditional values from the Uncontrolled illegal immigrations and the huge psychological and material Catastrophes that are causing the Jewish controlled Mass Media Communications (almost All of them have loans in the Jewish controlled International Banking System...) and because the “top” jobs are given to Jews or/and to secret societies members(f.e Masons,e.t.c.) controlled by Jews & Corruptions...

[Relevant is the book “The Protocols of elders of zion”,E.T.C.]

For further understanding,we repeat that the Jewish promoted Destructions of Gentiles' Nations (which make much easier the Jewish World Wide Dictatorship, by homogenizing the Humanity (and so making it much more easily controlled by Jews)), scientifically it leads to maximizing the thermodynamic Entropy of Humanity and to the thermodynamic Entropy Death of Humanity...

In addition it Destroy the extremely valuable Human biodiversity(diversity of Human races) and it make easier the Humanity to Annihilation(f.e. by virus or genetic modified organism(s) acting to Common DNA of homogenized Humanity...).In more practical terms, it destroy the variety of Interests and Intelligence of Humans that has the diversity of Nations and their products(materialist and non-materialistic) ,and transform the Humanity to extremely hard working!! for competition work power & for very cheap and exhausted!!!! Slave sub-Humans servicing the Jewish International Bankers System & their Cooperators...In simple world saying: if the current European & Humanity trends are continuing the Europe and the Gentile Humanity is dying psychological/psychiatrical and in materialists and non-materialistic considerations .Also with very advanced technology & science economically+E.T.C. controlled by top Devil minds the actual annihilation of humanity and planet Earth is a very real possibility in the next centuries (or perhaps in decades of future years?)...

The principal goal of economy is the minimization of unemployment,therefore in order to progress also the science and technology, we propose instead of big military wars the economy to invest to out of planet Earth space traveling , as this is a Logical and natural extension of scientific & technological progress... [To be told in very simple words:if the economy invest in huge military wars then with the existing & future technology the planet Earth will be Destroyed,perhaps for ever...]

In our scientific opinion,we are very much worry for the following sample of indicative Ultra Critical Problems of International Nuclear Safety:

(1) The Vital Case of Severe Nuclear Accidents due to Uncontrolled Prompt Nuclear Fission Criticality (Theoretical & Applied)[5] is NOT adequately have been studied in Installations related to Nuclear Fission Systems and Not seriously examined from the Nuclear Safety Regulators Groups...S.O.S....

It is our opinion the above may happen , because in the Nuclear Fission Safety Regulators Groups very possibly do not exist neither...one Nuclear Physicist/specialized in Nuclear Fission(Theoretically & Applied) ,and also because the existing members of Nuclear Fission Regulators Group are guided from past nuclear abnormal events and nuclear catastrophes and they are perhaps Fully Unable to predict an...original type of future nuclear catastrophe(s),very possibly because there are lacking very strong theoretical knowledge of nuclear fission & nuclear engineering in multi perceptions of science & technology...This situation is extremely problematics, because in the future, it will be almost impossible to find an excellent qualified in mathematics & physics nuclear physicist(specialized in nuclear fission[theoretical & applied) , because in present times there is strong negative motivations for most Excellent student to become nuclear physicist , there are very few good Universities teaching Nuclear Fission(Theoretically & Applied) and because of the established f.e. military type methods in nuclear systems, that may cause the Excellent nuclear physicist Indirectly or directly to be removed from the nuclear system[2],[6] with huge negative impacts to International Nuclear Safety...

S.N. Also, It is very well known,at least in Greece,that Directors positions are political positions and similar happens in Nuclear Systems, causing Very Big Problems in International Nuclear Safety...

(2) A good Nuclear Physicist studying the Internet sites of Nuclear Energy Organizations & Nuclear Fission Safety Regulators become very angry when see...birds & flowers instead of serious scientific text & when he watch the...“Lawyer” General Director of International “Atomic”(NUCLEAR) Energy Agency to speak about...”nuclear physics/engineering”...This is a Huge Problem of International Nuclear Safety & Security , because as General Director of I.”A”.E.A. is a “Gatekeeper” and...TOP Decision maker!! in...Nuclear Physics/Engineering TOP Themes having as his TOP Qualification the ...FULL IGNORANCE!! SOME COMMENTS ON THE TOPICS OF “DELUSIONAL BELIEFS” AFTER PARTLY

STUDYING THE EXCELLENT BOOK “DELUSIONAL BELIEFS” ,

Because the above mentioned book “Delusional Beliefs” study carefully its theme, starting from trying to establish precise definitions of its fundamental terminology and because with precise using words research its theme and because it searches for theory(ies) and aetiology(ies) of the processes and “phenomena” of its field ,and because it exams the theme in a multi-scientific fields ,and because it describe it in a systematic way in theoretical and applied considerations , we may consider it as an excellent book in its very critical theme...

This author having only study the first four chapters of this book, he think the following relevant comments , related to this book and to its theme :

[1] Very Critical for the “investigations” for delusional beliefs is the consideration of “Martha Mitchell Effect” which is mentioned in the very interesting article of this book entitled “Anomalous Experience and Delusional Thinking : The Logic of Explanations” by Prof. Brendan A. Maher, because this(these) investigation(s) are fundamentally based on relevant information available to the investigator(s) and of their Intelligence reasoning process which we think must be based on the iterative n-cycles of Intelligence reasoning of asking [Why? , Because... , Does it make sense? ] for the possible explanations,e.t.c. (Ref. “Theory of evolution of an Intelligent ecosystem” by Joseph Christos Kondylakis , published in the scientific journal “Acta Biotheoretica” June 1997 ). As a possible case of “Martha Mitchell Effect” imagine a person examined in a 10 minutes interview , who is unemployed for more than a year so bad dressed,e.t.c. and being an excellent scientist to speak about a very specific scientific effect,technological possible,but fully unknown to wide public and the interviewers not to ask his education and never to ask questions starting with Why? (because since Sigmund Freud'passive listening theory , questions starting with WHY? are...prohibited in psychological/psychiatric interview) but to try to form their opinion perhaps mainly on the...volume and tone of his voice and the way of his...dressing... LET MAKE CLEAR THAT IN ORDER TO INVESTIGATE FOR “DELUSIONAL BELIEFS” YOU MUST INVESTIGATE FOR THE RELEVANT INTELLIGENCE REASONING PROCESS AND FOR RELEVANT INFORMATION , SIMILAR TO WHAT A MATHEMATICIAN+PHYSICIST DOES WHEN STUDY PHYSICS AND MATHEMATICS...

Of course there is also the Emotional Reasoning and this, we think, must also examined with the above mentioned model of iterative n-cycles of Intelligence reasoning process, but for the justifications(reasons) given by the examined person , must be evaluated by investigator(s) who has similar emotional experiences (emotional education) in order to judge if they make sense emotionally.

[2] Interpretation of perceptions usually must (except in exceptional cases,f.e of something very scientific) start from the simplest “common sense” explanation , then judged with the iterative n-cycles Intelligence reasoning , and if not fully explain the case then to investigate more complex alternative explanations,e.t.c.

[3] Since, by its definition “Delusional Beliefs” are considered “Illogical” thinking , then it is obvious that All Investigators of “Delusional Beliefs” (f.e. Psychologists,Psychiatrist,Social workers and Others) must first of all learn the Logical Intelligence Reasoning Process of n-cycles of iterations of asking [Why? , Because.., Does it make Sense? ] as it described f.e. in Joseph-Christos Kondylakis' scientific article “Theory of evolution of an Intelligent Ecosystem” published in the scientific journal “Acta Biotheoretica”,June 1997 and in his book “War for the Destruction of Intelligence”( in Greek).
