I had worked in that Department for 18 months back in 2004-2005.

Tragic insufficiencies in equipment and space. With the exception of the Head of Department and one Consultant the rest of them were scientifically and diagnostically insufficient. If you want to spend 4 years of easy life and get paid in the end of the month go for it. But in the end you won't be able to practice independently and you will have huge gaps in your theoretical background... I wouldn't apply for it . If anyone is interested specifically in the specialty I will be happy to give more info....
