When an Extreme Severe Nuclear Accident & Catastrophe occur,as f.e. when a typical PWR or BWR 4x1000 MWe Nuclear Fission Reactor(s) Power Plant explode as Huge Nuclear Bomb! ,then about 20 Tonnes of element Plutonium will be instantly! released,globally!,in stratosphere-troposhere mixing & atmosphere of planet called Earth...[1],[2] B. About 500 nuclear bombs tests have been done above the planet Earth surface,from the years 1945-1996,mainly in the years 1950s-early 1960s [Reference from the internet] and if in an simplified assumptions assume all these nuclear bombs to be plutonium bombs ,each containing about five kilogram plutonium,then approximately we may expect about 2,5 Tonnes of plutonium to have been released above the surface of planet Earth, in stratosphere(globally) and in atmosphere(in locals distributions) in the surface of planet Earth)... Now considering that the stratospheric plutonium exponentially decreased with apparent residence time of1.5 +-0.5 years,and that the temporal variation of plutonium in surface air followed the stratospheric trends until early 1980s [3], then in low approximation ,in the 40 years,from the years 1945-1985 ,divided by 1.5 , we may expect per year the humans (and animals) to inhale about 93.75 kilogram plutonium per year. But when an Extreme severe nuclear Accident & Catastrophe occur then “instantly”! the humans (and animals) will inhale about 20 Tonnes of plutonium[1],[2]... Now think that one micro-gram(0.000001 gram) of plutonium inhaled by a human can cause fatal cancer to him/her ,mainly in his/her lungs[4]. Further to proceed in simplified way note from the scientific article [5] (table 2) that “the lung related percentage of cancer deaths trends in USA from years 1930-1998 are for males 5.3 (in 1930 NO nuclear energy) to 34 (in 1980s, when inhaled about 93.75 Kgr plutonium per year) ,and for females 2.0 (in 1930) to 17.8 (in 1980s)... Από τον Ιωσήφ-Χρήστος Κ. Κονδυλάκης/Joseph-Christos Kondylakis, είμαι Αριστούχος Φυσικός του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου της Θεσσαλονίκης και μεταπτυχιακός απόφοιτος(M.Sc) του καλητέρου Πανεπιστημίου του Καναδά του McGill University με πλήρη Καναδική υποτροφία και ειδίκευση εις την Πυρηνική Φυσική/Πυρηνική ΣΧΑΣΗ(Εφηρμοσμένα+Θεωρητικά). Εργάστηκα ως Επίκουρος Τεχνικός Προ’ι’στάμμενος εις την γενική διεύθυνση των Πυρηνικών Εργοστασίων του “Ontario Hydro” του Καναδά καί είμαι πρώην Διευθυντής(Manager) Σχεδιάσεως & Αναπτύξεως Συστημάτων, εις μεγάλη εταιρεία του Καναδά(με περίπου 130 υποκαταστήματα σε όλο τον Καναδά). Είμαι ο δημιουργός και ο καθοδηγητής(project leader) του πρώτου εν Ελλάδι συστήματος επιχειρησιακής έρευνας(γραμμικός και μή γραμμικός και δυναμικός προγραμματισμός σε πρόβλημα βελτιστοποίησης μεταφορών τσιμέντου ,σε αλληλεπιδρών με το χρήστη περιβάλον, σε on-line σύστημα ηλεκτρονικού υπολογιστή) ,εις την πολύ μεγάλη Ελληνική εταιρεία “Τσιμέντα Ηρακλής” ,που δια το ανωτέρω δημιούργημα μου, με εβράβευσε με χρηματικό βραβείο. Εργάστηκα ως Ειδικός Λειτουργικός Επιστήμων,εις το Ελληνικό Κέντρο Θαλλασίων Ερευνών και ασχολήθηκα με την Θεμελειώδη θεωρητική δι-επιστημονική έρευνα,εις πολλές επιστήμες ,αλλά και με πρακτικές εφαρμογές και έκανα Θεμελειώδεις,παγκοσμίου ενδιαφέροντος, δημοσίευσεις σε επιστημονικά περιοδικά και σε συνέδρεια και σε επικοινωνίες μου με πρεσβείες εθνών και με διεθνείς οργανισμούς. Είμαι ραδιοερασιτέχνης(SV1GZ) από την γυμνασιακή μου ηλικία και έχω ασχοληθεί με την σχεδίαση,κατασκευή και λειτουργία πομπών και δεκτών ασυρμάτου και με άλλες ηλεκτρονικές κατασκευές. ΠΡΩΤΗ ΚΑΤΗΓΟΡΙΑ ΛΙΑΝ ΠΙΘΑΝΩΝ ΕΓΚΛΗΜΑΤΩΝ... Η πρώτη κατηγορία αφορά εμένα προσωπικά,ως Πυρηνικό Φυσικό/ειδικευμένο εις την Πυρηνική ΣΧΑΣΗ(Εφηρμοσμένα+Θεωρητικά),κ.τ.λ. και τόν παγκοσμίως πρωτοπόρο σε θεμελειώδεις επιστημονικές έρευνες δια την ΠΡΟΛΗΨΗ !!! των ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΑ Σοβαρών Πυρηνικών Ατυχημάτων & Καταστροφών,ήτοι δια την ΠΡΟΛΗΨΗ ώστε ένα τυπικό εργοστάσιο αντιδραστήρων πυρηνικής σχάσεως,δια την παραγωγή ηλεκτρισμού,ΝΑ ΜΗΝ ανατιναχθεί με την ισχύ ΠΥΡΗΝΙΚΗΣ ΒΟΜΒΑΣ,διότι εάν ανατιναχθεί με την ισχύ ΠΥΡΗΝΙΚΗΣ ΒΟΜΒΑΣ τότε, σε προσέγγιση εις τάξεις μεγέθους,αναμένονται παγκοσμίως από περίπου 400 Εκατομύρια έως τον θεωρητικο αριθμό των 40 Δισεκατομυρίων Νεκρών Ανθρώπων,μόνο από την εισπνοή του τότε τυπικά 20 Τόνων απελευθερουμένου στοιχείου Πλουτωνίου και διότι ένα μικρογραμμάριο(0.000001 γραμμαρίου) Πλουτωνίου εισπνευόμενο από άνθρωπο δύναται να του προκαλέση θανατηφόρο Καρκινο,κυρίως εις τον πνεύμονα του,κ.τ.λ.,... Εις την παρούσα κατηγορία επιστημονικά νομίζουμε ότι είναι λίαν πιθανά τουλάχιστον τα ακόλουθα εγκλήματα : 1. ΠΥΡΗΝΙΚΗΣ ΤΡΟΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑΣ (ΠΚ187Α , και υπό θεώρηση ΠΚ187) σύμφωνα με το σκεπτικό του επιστημονικού νομικού άρθρου μου με τίτλο “Η ΠΥΡΗΝΙΚΗ ΤΡΟΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑ ΥΠΟ ΜΙΑ ΝΕΑ ΜΟΡΦΗ” του Ιωσήφ-Χρήστου Κ. Κοδυλάκης,2022, που σας το παραδίδω ως συννημένο του παρόντος εγγράφου μου και του οποίου νομική εκτίμηση έχει γίνει από το νομικό τμήμα της EUROJUST καιι ως συνέπεια αυτής της νομικής εκτιμήσεως η EUROJUST νομικά μου συστήνει να αναφέρουμε την περίπτωση μας εις την Αστυνομία ή την Εισαγγελεία...
