Βοήθεια! Επί τρεις εβδομάδες προσπαθώ ανεπιτυχώς να συνδεθώ στο msn. Ακόμα και όταν μου βγάζει παράθυρο troubleshoot και κάνει έλεγχο συστήματος μου λέει ότι το σύστημά μου δεν έχει πρόβλημα. Το ίδιο μύνημα μου το βγάζει ακόμα και αν δώδω λάθος password. Απο τότε προσπάθησα να ξανακατεβάσω το msn απο το site, χωρίς κανένα αποτέλεσμα. Συμβαίνει κάτι που με προβληματίζει. Στο control panel, add remove programms, δεν υπάρχει πουθενά το msn. Μπορείτε να με βοηθήσετε?

αρνητικά και τα τρία. Έλεγξα τις ρυθμίσεις απο το help menu msn και είναι όπως θα έπρεπε. Δεν έχω εγκαταστήσει firewall (τί είναι το firewall? ) και τρίτον το password ισχύει γιατί το mail το χρησιμοποιώ κανονικά. Βοηθήστε ρε παιδιά, έχω εξάρτηση από το msn.

κατ'αρχάς θα ήθελα να ξέρω ποια ακριβώς έκδοση του msn messenger έχεις...

επίσης ποιο ακριβώς είναι το μύνημα λάθους που λαμβάνεις....

εν τω μεταξύ μπορείς να κάνεις το εξής>

πήγαινε ΕΔΩ και κατέβασε την Windows Installer CleanUp Utility.... διάβασε τις οδηγίες, τρέξτην και από τον κατάλογο που θα σου δώσει δες αν υπάρχει το msn και απεγκατάστησέ το.... μετά ξαναεγκατάστησέ το και πες μου αν δουλεύει... συνιστώ την έκδοση 6.2 (στην πραγματικότητα θα συνιστούσα να ξεφορτωθείς το msn εντελώς αλλά αυτή είναι μια άλλη ιστορία...)....

κάνε επίσης ένα full scan του συστήματός σου με το updated αντι-ιικό σου γιατί η υπόθεση μου μυρίζει.....

αν δουλέψει, πέρνα μόνο να μου το πεις....

αν εξακολουθείς να έχεις προβλήματα ή ανακαλύψεις κάτι περίεργο με το antivirus ενημέρωσέ με αλλά με λεπτομέρειες... τι ακριβώς σου λέει... και θυμήσου να μου πεις τι ακριβώς μύνημα λάθους σου βγάζει το msn...

από κει και πέρα, μην ανησυχείς, υπάρχουν και διάφορα άλλα πράγματα που μπορούμε να κάνουμε, όπως να ασχοληθούμε με το registry του συστήματος, να χρησιμοποιήσουμε σκριπτάκια μέσω της γραμμής εντολών, κτλ... αλλά first things first...

Επίσης παίζει και η πιθανότητα να έχεις γυρισμένα τα Ελληνικά όταν γράφεις το password στο sign-in του msn. (Ή και το Caps Lock, αλλά δε νομίζω, Ιατρική σπουδάζεις...)

Kαταρχάς οφείλω να ομολογήσω ότι δεν σπουδάζω ιατρική, αλλα φυσική. Παρόλα αυτά ξεχωρίζω τη διαφορά ανάμεσα στα ελληνικά και τα αγγλικά και τα κεφαλαία. Ωστόσο ακόμα και λάθος password να του βάλλω επίτηδες, πάλι η ίδια αντίδραση.

Και τώρα που το θυμάμαι το msn σταμάτησε να δουλεύει την μέρα που έκανα επανεγκατάσταση του Norton , αλλά έχει λήξει η συνδρομή μου! (Τώρα που το ξανασκέφτομαι πρέπει επειγόντως να αγοράσω την φετινή έκδοση)

Η έκδοση msn που χρησιμοποιούσα είναι 6.2 και το μύνημα που βγάζει μετά την απόπειρα σύνδεσης είναι

Μήπως εκείνη την περίοδο έκανες update τα winXP και έβαλες SP2 (servoce pack 2) αν ναι... αυτόματα πλεόν έχει και firewall το οποίο πολύ πιθανά να μπλοκάρει το msn... αν όντως έχεις πες να σου πούμε τι να κάνεις...

μαλλον δες πας... control panel--> windows firewall

όταν το ανοίξεις θα είναι κάπως έτσι... πρέπει να κάνεις add το msn... απλά πατάς το add program και το βρίσκεις... αν θες more details πες.... ίσως όμως και να μην είναι αυτό...

λοιπόν φαντάζομαι ότι δοκίμασες την προηγούμενη λύση που σου πρότεινα και δε δούλεψε... ελπίζω τουλάχιστον....

είναι σημαντικό να το κάνεις γιατί με προβληματίζει που δε βλέπεις τον msnmsg στο add/remove... μην έχουμε δηλ να κάνουμε με μια corrupted installation του λογισμικού και ψάχνουμε αδίκως να βρούμε άλλες λύσεις...

start Internet Explorer and then go to;

Tools -> Internet Options... -> Advanced and then scrolling down to the Sub Section called Security. Make sure there IS a check mark located next to the line called Check for Server Certificate Revocation (requires restart).

Λογικά αν κάνεις uncheck αυτό το box θα σου λύσει το πρόβλημα. ΑΛΛΑ ΜΗΝ ΤΟ ΚΑΝΕΙΣ... TRUST ME... Security issues... Αν είναι ήδη τσεκαρισμένο δε χρειάζεται να κάνεις restart και είναι μια ένδειξη ότι μπορεί να είμαστε στο σωστό δρόμο για τη λύση του προβλήματος μιας που αυτή η επιλογή μπορεί να το δημιουργεί... Γι'αυτό μπορεί να σου πουν να το βγάλεις και ίσως σου λύσει το πρόβλημα... Αλλά δεν πρέπει...

Then click on the Security Tab of the Browser and then highlight the Trusted Sites icon and select the Sites button

add the line messenger.hotmail.com to the box next to the add button and then click add

add the line loginnet.passport.com to the box next to the add button and then click add

Make sure the checkbox for Require Server Verification is cleared

Select OK

Highlight the Trusted Sites Icon again and select Custom Level

At the bottom of that screen you'll see a drop down box called Reset Custom Settings. Set that to LOW and select OK. Select OK again and then close off your web browser and re-start your computer.

Αν δε λυθεί το πρόβλημα κάνε τα παρακάτω>

This error is usually caused by the security parts in MSN Messenger not working correctly

Τry to register the dll files which Messenger needs. Registering them allow Windows to tell Messenger where it can find them. In addition, this also trigger the addition of certificates to your computer's certificate store. Certificates are used by MSN Messenger to encrypt your password when it is send to MSN for validation.

First open a run window by clicking start, then run. Now, type the following command and press enter:

regsvr32 softpub.dll Wintrust.dll Initpki.dll Rsaenh.dll Mssip32.dll Cryptdlg.dll

If you use Windows XP you should open another run window after running the previous commands then type the following command:

regsvr32 Dssenh.dll Gpkcsp.dll Slbcsp.dll Sccbase.dll

If this does not solve your problem, try the following: close Messenger then go to www.passport.net with Internet Explorer (also if you normally use another webbrowser) then click on the sign in button, you may get a certificate dialog. Accept the certificate, now if you start MSN Messenger it should work.

If you did not get the certificate dialog and MSN Messenger still does not work, open the advanced settings dialog in Internet Explorer by clicking on the Tools - Internet options menu and then go to the advanced tab. Go down to the security section and make sure use SSL 2.0 and use SSL 3.0 are both checked. MSN Messenger requires SSL for the authentication process (checking if your username and password are correct).

το άλλο που σκέφτομαι είναι να υπάρχει πρόβλημα με το νόρτον, ειδικά αν έχεις το norton internet security...

δοκίμασε τα παραπάνω και βλέπουμε...

Άλλη μια πιθανότητα (που την έφαγα κι εγώ απρόσμενα στη μάπα) είναι να έχεις επιλέξει στα Internet Options (του Internet Explorer) κάποιο HTTP Proxy Server. Σβήστο αυτό και ξαναδοκίμασε...

Αλλιώς (και άμα δε θέλεις τα καλούδια του MSN 7 beta) κατέβασε το (Win) GAIM από το http://gaim.sourceforge.net/win32/index.php και θα δεις το φως το αληθινό...

μιλάτε πάντα για τα δικά σας pc ε; (εγώ τώρα χρησιμοποιώ τον Maxthon )

Χρύσα... σε σένα μπορεί να φταίνε χίλια δυο άλλα πραγματα... το ότι σταμάτησε ξαφνικά να ανοίγει ο explorer σου δεν είναι και ότι πιο normal... ίσως κάποιος ιος.. ίσως κάποιο coflict.... μια ευκολη λύση που ίσως φτιάξει κάπως τα πράγματα είναι ένα repair με το cdακι των windows...

Γενικά ο firefox είναι πιο ελαφρής απο τον IE6 και το μοναδικό πρόβλημα είναι κάποια μικρά bugs που έχει και ότι δεν είναι ακόμα πλήρως συμβατός με τις τελευταίες εντολές τις microsoft

Αν θες δώσε μας more details... αν βγάζει κανα error ο exporer.. αν έχεις κάποιο πρόγραμμα προστασίας.. αν έχεις βάλει SP2 μήπως και σε βοηθήσουμε

Θέλω κατ' αρχάς να σε ευχαριστήσω πολύ που ασχολείσαι με τόση επιμονή με το προβλημά μου, αν δεν απαντούσες θα τα είχα παρατήσει προ πολλού.

Ιδού τα κατορθωματά μου:

στο internet options > advanced > security δεν ήταν τσεκαρισμένο το Check for server Certificate Revocation, και έτσι το τσέκαρα!

Μετά στο trusted sites πληκτρολόγισα

https://messenger.hotmail.com και όλα τα υπόλοιπα που μου είπες, καθάρισα το Require Server Verification checkbox, στο low ήταν το security level, έκανα οκ και μετά restart......

Άνθρακες ο θησαυρός

πάω τώρα να κάνω και τα υπόλοιπα που είπες, αλλά γιατί δεν είναι το msn add/remove programms? ε; Πως μπορώ να το κάνω να εμφανιστεί εκεί?

Θα σε ενημερώσω για το αν είχα καμία πρόοδο πάνω στο ζήτημα. Αλλά σύμφωνα με τους νόμους του Μέρφι: "Όταν θες να κάνεις κάτι, θα το πετύχεις πάντε με την τελευταία φορά πυο θα δοκιμάσεις" !!!

Δεν το δεχόταν χωρίς το https:// .... και έτσι το έβαλα!

σε ότι αφορά το windows install clean up, το κατέβασα, το έτρεξα και απεγκατέστησα το msn. Μετά πήγα στο site του msn και κατέβασα το 6,2

c>downloads>setup9x.exe

το έτρεξα, έγινε κάποιο installation (υποθέτω), εμφανίστηκε το εικονίδιο msn κάτω δεξιά (δεν βρίσκεται στο add/remove programms) και εξακολουθεί να μην με βάζει.

Τελικά μου φαίνεται ότι θα καταλήξω με την πρότασή σου να ξεφορτωθώ το msn.

Έχω αρχίσει να κουράζομαι

(δεν ξέρω αν έχει ανάμειξη, αλλά από τότε που πείραξα τα security settings δεν μπορώ να βάλω στα post μου φατσούλες. Έχει σχέση, ή κοτσάνα είπα?)

Configure Security, Content, and Advanced Settings in Internet Explorer

d: Under Personal information, click AutoComplete.

e: Under Clear AutoComplete history, click Clear Forms. Click OK when you are prompted to confirm the operation.

f: Click Clear Passwords. Click OK when you are prompted to clear all previously saved passwords, and then click OK two more times.

3. Verify that Internet Explorer is configured to use SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0.

To do so:

a: Click the Advanced tab.

b: In the Settings box, under Security, click to select the Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0 check boxes (if they are not already selected), and then click OK.

Verify that the Date and Time Settings on Your Computer Are Correct

To verify that your computer is configured with the correct date and time settings:

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.

2. Click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options, and then click Date and Time.

3. Click the Date & Time tab.

4. Make sure that the date and time settings are configured to use the current date, time and year, and then click OK.

Use the System File Checker (Sfc.exe) Tool to Scan all Windows File Protection (WFP) Protected Files

Use System File Checker with the /scannow parameter (sfc /scannow) to immediately scan and verify the versions of all the system files that Windows File Protection helps protect. If System File Checker discovers that such a file was overwritten, it retrieves the correct version of the file from the cache folder (Systemroot\System32\Dllcache) or from the Windows installation source files, and then replaces the incorrect file. Verify that the Microsoft Cryptographic Services Service Is Started

To verify that the Cryptographic Services service is started (and to start it if it is not):

1. Click Start, and then click Run.

2. In the Open box, type cmd, and then click OK.

3. At the command prompt, type net start cryptsvc, and then press ENTER.

4. Type exit to quit Command Prompt.

Register .Dll Files

Re-register the following .dll files:

Sccbase.dll

To do so:

1. Click Start, and then click Run.

2. In the Open box, type cmd, and then click OK.

Create a New User Profile

In certain situations, you may not be able to locate SSL Secured (128-Bit) Web sites if your Windows user profile is damaged. To troubleshoot, log on to the computer as another user and try to connect to a SSL Secured (128-Bit) Web site. If you can connect to SSL Secured (128-Bit) Web sites when you are logged in as a different user, this may indicate that your user profile is corrupted. In this situation, back up the information and settings that you want from your profile (for example, the My Documents and Favorites folders), and then delete the damaged profile. To delete a user profile:

1. Log on to the computer as Administrator or as a member of the Administrators group.

2. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.

3. Click Performance and Maintenance, and then click System.

4. Click the Advanced tab, and then under User Profiles, click Settings.

5. In the Profiles stored on this computer list, click the user profile that you want to delete, and then click Delete.

6. Click Yes when you are prompted to confirm the deletion.

7. Click OK, click OK, and then quit Control Panel.

8. Log off the computer as Administrator, and then log on as the user.

Windows creates a new profile for the user.

Αν το μσν σου δουλεύει ΜΗΝ ΚΑΝΕΙΣ ΤΙΠΟΤΑ........ Μπορεί να μην είναι από αυτούς το μέιλ αλλά από κάποιους που θέλουν να πάρουν τα στοιχεία σου...

Διαφορετικά πήγαινε μέσα από μσν για να αλλάξεις το προφάιλ σου (τουλς-->όπτιονς)

επίσης υπάρχει και αυτό που δε θυμάμαι αν σου έχω ήδη πει και έχεις ήδη κάνει....

If you are running Windows XP make certain that you have QoS disabled. This is known to cause problems with Messenger's audio and may cause other problems.

Turning off the QoS Packet Scheduler.

To do this:

In Windows, click Start, and then click Control Panel.

Click Network and Internet Connection, and then click Network Connections.

Right-click the network or Internet connection that is currently enabled, and then click Properties.

Clear the QoS Packet Scheduler check box.

Restart your computer.

Sign in to MSN Messenger and try again.

Επίσης αν χρησιμοποιείς φάιργουόλ ΝΟΡΤΟΝ βάλε το μσν στο automatic και όχι στο authorize all....

ΑΝ ΟΛΑ ΤΑ ΠΑΡΑΠΑΝΩ ΔΕ ΔΟΥΛΕΥΟΥΝ..........

κατέβασε ένα προγραμματάκι που λέγεται Hijack This.... google it και θα το βρεις εύκολα είναι φρη... και μην ανησυχείς, παρά το όνομα είναι εδώ για να μας βοηθήσει...

Είναι ένα .exe. Απλά τρέχτο... Θα σου βγάλει μία λίστα με όλα τα proccesses που τρέχουν στον υπολογιστή σου... Εκεί εσύ θα πρέπει να διαλέξεις όσα σου φαίνονται περίεργα ή άχρηστα και να τα διαολοστείλεις.....

Τώρα για να σου πω αλήθεια δε ξέρω κατά πόσο θα μπορείς να κάνεις την επιλογή...

Αν πιστεύεις ότι δε μπορείς σώσε ένα log file και στείλτο μου και (μόλις βρω λίγο χρόνο ) θα σου υποδείξω τι να ξεφορτωθείς...

Αν και μετά από αυτό το μσν δε δουλεύει.......... Εγώ στον υπολογιστή μου θα έκανα φορματ και επανεγκατάσταση....

Ή ακόμα καλύτερα θα έβαζα SKYPE, θα το έδινα/πρότεινα και στους φίλους μου και τελείωσε η υπόθεση..........

Αντε γιατί πολύ μας τα έχει ζαλίσει η μαικροσοφτ να ψάχνουμε σελίδες επί σελίδων λύσεις στα προβληματικά της σοφτγουερ
